I was told I might need a root canal after a deep filling, but I used alternative medicine, and have healed my tooth, naturally. Below is what I did, I am not sure it will help you but I wanted to document what I did because it worked for me.

To avoid pain killers or at least reduce their use due to the stomach issues I used the following for anti-inflammatory issues
1. Powdered Vit C (mixed with water)
2. MSM in rinse water with baking soda and organic whole sea salt (MSM is a sulfur compound naturally found in some plants Its qualities are attributed to anti-inflammatory, muscle-relaxing and pain-relieving effects)

3. Traumeel (homeopathic blend) bought at Natur tyme-talk to Karen who works there.

To keep teeth clean and bacteria free: -

1. Oil pulling 2x a day with coconut or sesame oil

2. Brushed gentle with baking soda, Sea Salt,

3 Floss (2x day)

4. No sugar, no flour including whole grains,  in diet at least while healing

To Keep an infection away - Used

1. Olive leaf Complex, Sovereign Silver, Oregano Oil, mixed together (took by dropped 3-4 x day) held in mouth for a few minutes first

2. Echinacea/Goldenseal (2x)

3. Garlic (chew it or take in a capsule) I just chewed it on the side that was not tender.

4. RAW with the honey cone used to ease sore throat.. moderately and brush afterwards

Diet to build the tooth back up or remineralize the tooth

1. Added Ghee to cooking, Bone Broth (organic chicken and Garlic), Goat cheese, egg, organic cottage cheese (I could not chew so was really limited),

2. Took Cod liver oil, Vit D3,

3. Soaks organic beans, they digest better

4. Greens, garlic, stir-fried, chopped small due to chew issues

*Soak them at least 24 hours, in warm water, in a warm place.

*The more times you can change the soak water and rinse, the better.

*Pouring off that grungy soaking water will also throw out some of those tough-to-digest starches.

*Cook the beans slowly and for a long time in plenty of liquid.

*The long, slow cooking process will help in breaking those starches down.

*Add garlic, onions, spices, and herbs to your cooking pot of beans for good flavor.
